2022 has been all about exploring the opportunities of building collaboration and coordination within the global EWB movement to deliver greater impact together.
Following this period of introspection and reflection with our global community of Engineers Without Borders organisations, it is clear that our diverse network of national EWBs share a common ethos and Engineers Without Borders International can bring value to the global movement by providing coordination; supporting participatory decision making and distributed leadership.
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated and dependable individual to help us build the tools and frameworks that will enable Engineers Without Borders International to: support national EWB organisations to consistently implement best practice approaches; provide quality assurance for our members, donors and supporters; drive innovation and continuous improvement; and, scale the best national programmes to international level. Ultimately we believe this will enable the global Engineers Without Borders movement to deliver benefit to millions more people and drive meaningful traction towards the Sustainable Development Goals.
If you’re someone with excellent facilitation, management and leadership skills, and you’re excited by the difference engineers can make in the world, this role is for you.

This is a remote consultancy contract so successful candidates can be based anywhere in the world but must have permission to work within the jurisdiction they’re based in.
